We are seeking a committed and flexible candidate to work as a Concierge for a Social Housing organisation in the Salford area of Manchester.

You will be responsible for looking after around 400 private rented properties in the area.

Working alongside an experienced Concierge, you will work 36 hours per week across 5 days which includes a Saturday twice per month.

As the role is a job-share we can consider candidates from a similar background, or candidates looking to transition into this type of role from a Reception, Customer Service or Events background.

Some of key duties will include;

- Meeting and greeting tenants

- Coordinating activities or events on the scheme

- Screening contractors and liaising with building surveyors

- Carrying out spot checks

- Working closely with the lettings team
